At Supermarket Saver we have a very technical and complicated selection and packing system. (Our depot guys). We aim for every customer to have a primo experience with us, from using the website and confirming their order, to packing and delivery. If something isn’t just as you want it we need you to let us know, so we can fix the issue with you, and make sure our service is always improving.
So if there is anything you’re not happy with, like some products missing or items have been damaged on its way between us and you get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We take a photo of each order at the courier’s van door so we’ll quickly be able to resolve the issue. If the fault is ours, we’ll happily give you a credit on your next order, or reimburse you for the goods.
Please take your time picking items for your order, we can't refund if you change your mind.
