SUPERMARKET DELIVERY
SupermarketSaver knows you don’t want your batteries in your shampoo. Our grocery packing team will bag or wrap any items that shouldn’t come into contact with your personal items. Funnily enough battery flavoured shampoo isn’t a big seller.
We use CourierPost. They provide a great service, and have a 'track and trace' service so you can see exactly where your parcel is at all times. We'll send you an email when the parcel leaves us so you have all the nitty-gritty details.
We can ship your groceries anywhere in New Zealand except to P.O. Boxes. Delivery times will vary depending where you are (we’re a long rugged country, not 'Land Of The Short White Cloud'). As a general rule of thumb, if you’re in the North Island and not on a rural road you should see your goods within two days.
Auckland customers may receive their post the next day. South Islanders will get mail 2-3 days after placing the order, provided you’re not on a rural road.
We’ve picked couriers who’re fit and fast runners to ensure speedy deliveries.
Unfortunately we can’t have pick-ups from our depot. There are a few reasons why this is the case, the main one is that nobody should be subjected to the singing that goes on in the warehouse when the team are packing your orders. It’s indescribable.
Also, our warehouse is just that – a warehouse, and not set up for customers. So at the moment there are no pick-ups. We’ll be looking into it for the future so stay tuned.
A flat rate of $6 will be charged for each order - no matter how big or small. Unless of course you spend over $60 - then shipping is free!
